Held on the Saturday morning before the boat racing, a mesmerising mist greeted the 70 swimmers competing this year. Judging by the smiling faces and ferocious post-swim hot-dog eating, the entrants loved it.

The male 2km was won for a fourth time by Alex Bacon, the male 1km by Matthew Langston, the female 2km by Penny McCrabbe, and the female 1km by Tabby Hall again.

Congratulations to all the swimmers, and thank you to ALL the helpers, for another great year. See you in 2027!
